How to submit a DMCA takedown

Identify the infringing material. Provide full URLs and as much detail as possible (manga title, chapter, image ID, etc.).
Provide proof of ownership. Explain how you own the copyright (copyright notice, links to original, registration number if available).
Provide contact details. Your full name, email address, postal address, and telephone number.
Include a statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Sign the notice. A physical signature or a typed electronic signature is acceptable.

Counter-Notice & Appeals

If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (if in the U.S.) or equivalent.
A physical or electronic signature.
